Before launching the company, she worked at Microsoft and Amazon, contributing to large-scale platforms used by millions of users. That experience shaped her conviction that strong ideas need clear architecture, disciplined execution, and planning for the life of a system.
She founded Ancilar to bring those principles to Web3 and blockchain development. They continue to guide the company's broader work across software, AI, and cloud infrastructure. Neeraja works closely with founders on architecture decisions, delivery planning, and engineering standards, keeping security, stability, and production readiness central to the work.
